With family ties and experience on cattle stations, Andrew has merged his rural experience with an extensive career in financial markets to raise capital for significant projects in the agriculture sector. He has invested both his time and capital in helping Farmbot grow.
Drawing on his experience as a farmer for 14 years and his specialist technical knowledge, Craig founded Farmbot in 2014 to create smart, cost-effective and easy-to-use water management solutions for farmers. Craig also has over 40 years of experience in the IT industry working across the banking, telco, retail and government sectors.
Originally from the Latrobe Valley in Victoria, Tess brings a background in event management and customer service to her role as Farmbot's General Manager. Her skills in building lasting customer relationships, streamlining operations, and leadership play a central role in driving Farmbot's growth.
Clinton comes to Farmbot with extensive experience in scaling high growth companies and most recently as the CFO of two ASX listed growth companies. Known for the ability to deliver results, build infrastructure to support growth and motivate teams.
With extensive experience in Operations and Production Management, Steve joined us as our Global Production Manager in July 2023. He brings the skills and knowledge to elevate Farmbot’s production both in Australia and the USA. In his spare time, Steve enjoys spending time with his two young daughters and surfing in the Northern Beaches.
With over a decade of experience in mechatronics and field engineering, Esa excels in leading electronics, mechanical, software, and electrical teams on technical hardware and software products. His background spans both startup and R&D environments. In his spare time, Esa enjoys good food and family time.
Lenka brings extensive digital product expertise from e-commerce, media, logistics, warehousing, and the wine industry. Raised in rural Dorset, England, she developed a deep passion for agriculture early on. With a background in sales, account management, and marketing, she’s eager to get back in the field, connect with customers, and help shape new features for Farmbot and Ranchbot.
Pascal has a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechatronics, First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Science (Physics). Pascal works closely with the Farmbot team on product design and is a founding member of Farmbot.
With over 15 years of experience in the agricultural, hospitality, publishing and retail industries, Nicole has proven capacity to step into complex roles, identify key stakeholders and work collaboratively to deliver results. Nicole is a strong believer in brand narrative and meaningful customer experiences.
With over a decade of experience in key account management and customer success, Jen brings a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by our customers. Operating remotely from her small cattle property in Queensland’s Southern Downs, she combines first-hand agricultural knowledge with a strong commitment to customer success.
Catalina Chaparro Solano is an industrial engineer from Colombia. She moved to Sydney in 2011 to experience life in Australia and loves the challenge of getting Farmbot monitors to all parts of rural Australia.
